Ingredienti per 4 persone:
4 melanzane
500 g pomodori pelati
3 cucchiai di olio
4 cucchiaini di parmigiano
4 cucchiaini di pangrattato
sale q.b.
origano q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO
Lava e taglia a fette le melanzane. Falle grigliare utilizzando una bistecchiera o una padella antiaderente.
Nel frattempo, insaporisci i pomodori pelati con origano e sale.
Prendi una teglia da forno, ungila con un po’ di olio di oliva e di pomodoro e disponi gli alimenti in questo ordine: melanzane grigliate, salsa di pomodori, mozzarella sbriciolata grossolanamente e parmigiano.
Continua a comporre gli strati seguendo lo stesso ordine fino all’ultimo strato, sul quale aggiungerai un goccio d’olio.
Fai gratinare in forno caldo a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti.
