SALMONE AFFUMICATO 200 gr
FINOCCHIO 1 pz
ARANCE 2 pz
MELAGRANA qualche chicco
BASILICO qualche fogliolina
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA q.b.

👉Procedimento
Lavate il finocchio e rimuovete le parti esterne e tagliatelo a fettine sottili, mettetelo in una ciotola e condite con un filo di olio extravergine d’ oliva e salate.
Tagliate a fettine anche le arance, eliminate la scorza esterna.
A questo punto, prendete un’insalatiera e sistemate le fettine di finocchio, aggiungete le arance e le fettine di salmone affumicato.
Decorate con qualche chicco di melagrana e foglioline di basilico.
Servite a tavola.
