ZUCCHINE 400 gr
PANE RAFFERMO 120 gr
PARMIGIANO GRATTUGIATO 50 gr
AGLIO 1 spicchio
LATTE 1/2 bicchiere
PANGRATTATO q.b.
SALE MARINO q.b.
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO
Spezzettate il pane raffermo e lasciatelo ammorbidire in una ciotola con del latte o, se preferite, acqua. Lavate zucchine, privatele delle estremità e cuocete per 10 minuti in una padella antiaderente con un filo di olio e uno spicchio d’aglio intero. Strizzate il pane eliminando il liquido in eccesso, unitelo alle zucchine in una ciotola insieme al parmigiano e lavorate con le mani fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e ben lavorabile. Formate i vostri hamburger passateli nel pangrattato e cuoceteli in un padella antiaderente o, per renderli ancora più leggeri, in forno per 10 minuti a 180 gradi.
