INGREDIENTI
• 350 g di fagiolini
• 400 g di polpa di pomodoro
• 1 spicchio d’aglio
• 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva
• Sale q.b.
• Pepe q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO
Sciacquate i fagiolini sotto l’acqua corrente, poi asciugateli. Versateli in una pentola d’acqua bollente salata e fateli cuocere per circa 15 minuti. Nel frattempo, in una padella capiente con l’olio, rosolate l’aglio leggermente schiacciato. Una volta dorato, toglietelo dalla padella e versate la polpa di pomodoro; aggiustate di sale e pepe e lasciate restringere il sugo per 10 minuti.
A questo punto scolate i fagiolini e versateli in padella con il sugo lasciandoli insaporire per 5-6 minuti. Infine, impiattate il contorno e servitelo in tavola caldo.
